After venturing away to study, Kim returned to Dalgonally Station as a Governess. And In 2004 Kim took up the role of Liaison Officer at Wrotham Park between the resort and the station.

In 2005 Kim moved to Brisbane Office as the Training and Recruitment Officer; organising training initiatives within the Company and recruiting staff for AAco’s stations. While being employed with AAco, Kim has gained a number of Certificates and Diploma’s in Agriculture, Rural Business and Training.
