Pat Dempsey - General Manager Wholesale Beef

Pat has over 25 years experience in the meat industry, possessing a sound practical knowledge from producer through to customer. Pat has a strong focus in the area of production and marketing of beef products.

His career has encompassed senior roles with Woolworths Supermarkets and Australia Meat Holdings in the fields of procurement, processing, marketing and retailing.

Pat joined the AAco as the Managing Director and Partner of our Chefs Partner business in April 2002. With AAco’s 100% acquisition of ownership of Chefs Partner, Pat Dempsey took on the role of General Manager Wholesale Beef in March 2006.
