James Coates - Manager Dalgonally Station

James Coates joined AAco in January 2004, working at Brunette Downs as the Stud Overseer. Previously he spent 2 ½ years on cattle stations on the Barkly Tablelands.  James then spent 3 ½ years in the Gulf region of Queensland, overseeing the bull breeding operations for a stud. 

James then transferred to Goonoo Station and was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager. That position saw James oversee the backgrounding operation of the Goonoo Feedlot.  James was promoted in January 2007 to Manager, Kalmeta. In January 2008 James transfered to the Managers position at Austral Downs before James and his family transfered to Carrum Station in July 2008 and later in 2009 transfered to Dalgonally Station.
