Neil Harley - Manager Montejinni Station
After leaving school at the age of 17 in 1985 Neil (Trumby) decided to go to the Northern Territory, to Banka Banka. This was the beginning of his station working life.
After the property was sold, Trumby was transferred to Clonagh and in 1989 he was promoted to Headstockman at Kalmeta Station, which was then owned by the Waxachie Pty Ltd Company. AAco purchased the former company, so he stayed on with the AAco. Trumby remained at Kalmeta until the end of 1991, when he then transferred to Canobie Station and remained there until 1993.
When Trumby left Canobie, he went to Armraynald Station for two years, and then he went to Wave Hill Station in the Northern Territory for two years as Headstockman.
In 1997 he rejoined AAco at Brighton Downs, before transferring to Headingly Station, still in the position of Headstockman. He was promoted to Overseer and then later Assistant Manager in 2000 until 2004. During that time he obtained his Diploma of Management level 5 and Trainer and Assessor level 4.
Trumby transfered to Wondoola as Manager with his wife Karen and family in 2005 and in 2009, transferred to Montejinni Station.
