Sam Graham - Senior Manager Anthony Lagoon Station

Sam commenced working for AAco at Brunette Downs as a 3rd Year Jackeroo.  In 1989, at the completion of the season, he was awarded Jackeroo of the Year and travelled extensively in the USA studying cell grazing.

During 1990 and 1991 Sam was Headstockman of the bullock camp and Bull Breeding Herd at Brunette Downs.  In 1992 he was transferred to Meteor Downs as Overseer of the Orana Brahman Stud and Goonoo Santa Gertrudius Stud. 1993 saw Sam again transferred, this time to Headingly where he remained until December 1994.  During that time he held the position of Overseer and then Assistant Manager.

Another transfer in 1995 and Sam took up the position of Assistant Manager at Clonagh Station (run in conjunction with Dalgonally).  In June 1996, due to company restructuring, he was transferred back to Brunette Downs and remained there until December 2000.  From Brunette Downs, Sam and his family moved to Dalgonally to take up the Manager’s position.

Sam and his family were then transferred to the Managers position at Wylarah in 2004, before being promoted in January 2008 to Senior Station Manager Dalgonally, and in 2009 being transfered to Anthony Lagoon.
