Employees of AAco are made to feel at home at their worksite.  Our stations provide quarters with individual rooms or separate housing for staff. A station cook prepares daily meals for staff. Station employees working under AAco Collective Agreements may receive free accommodation and meals.

Social Clubs are prevalent on our stations, allowing the staff to come together at the end of the day to relax after work. Various social events are organised throughout the year in the different regions where our stations are located. These include: cricket and football matches; campdrafts, races and rodeos; an employee challenge, involving drafting, shoeing and innovations competitions.

Staff computers and free internet access are provided to employees at our stations, allowing them easy access to communication with family and friends at home.
