Successful applicants will be required to:
- Communicate well, maintaining a positive team approach;
- Lead and train employees in station activities to achieve annual production targets
- Possess quiet cattle handling skills, competent horsemanship skills, a high standard of care for station plant, attention to detail and accuracy in recording data;
- Satisfy business reporting requirements including livestock management, quality, environment, safety and maintenance and capital improvement.
